A: Yes.,you can. but you need pay sample shipping cost. I can send 1 set free sample to check the quality if you don't mind the color and style. But will charge the sample lead fee if you would like to customize own design.
Q3: Can you support the custom design?
A: Yes, we can provide customized designs, such as customized colors, logos, packaging. Please send us the photo or requirements, we would like to produce as per your requirements.
Q4: Can you do any colors or do you have certain ones to choose from?
A: all the colors are available, just need the pantone number or actual sample to adjust color. Also there is a catalogue for color reference.
Q5: What’s your MOQ?
Fully customized products (including appearance, material, logo), the MOQ is 500 sets
Q6: What’s the lead time?
A: Lead time for sample will be 5-10 working days, lead time for mass production will be 30-40 working days after sample approval.
Q7: If I provide the product picture, can you produce the exact same product?

A:Yes, We accept sample order before your order bulk.If you choose our existing samples. 1-3 days of packaging can be shipped. If customized samples are needed, they can be delivered in 5-10 days according to different requirements
